Why can't I report no gift?


If you are in a domestic shipping exchange, you will be able to report not receiving a gift about two weeks after the shipping deadline. For international shipping exchanges, it will be about 20 days after the shipping deadline. When it is time to report that you have not received a gift, you will be sent an email asking you to do so.  In the mean time, please try to be patient. Hopefully your gift is on it's way and just taking it's time to get to you.
