Why can't I report no gift?


Domestic gift recipients will be able to report not receiving a gift two weeks after the shipping deadline. For international recipients, it will be around 20 days after the shipping deadline. When it is time to report that you have not received a gift, you will be sent an email with directions.  In the mean time, hang tight, and hopefully your gift is on it's way, just taking it's time.
