No. If you receive a Final Reminder email asking you to confirm receiving or not receiving your gift, please go ahead and report no gift if one has yet to arrive, even if your Santa has contacted you and explained that your gift will be late. Your Santa will not be penalized as long as they provide proof that they've shipped something. Waiting to make a confirmation can cause account issues that will not resolve until the confirmation has been made. And if your gift shows up after you've made a no gift report, you can just post it in the gallery and that will cancel the no gift report and all will be good!
