My exchange is under ongoing exchanges but it should be complete. What do I do?

Please make sure that you've marked your gift shipped in our system, shared your received gift in our gallery, or reported no gift. Even if you have been rematched and posted your gift from your rematch Santa, you need to report no gift for the original exchange if something went wrong. 

After a certain amount of time, The Gift Status Information may show all items crossed off the list. However, if you are showing your exchange as ongoing or have negative credits for the exchange, there is something that has not been completed by you. 

If you did not receive a gift from your original Santa, please first try reporting no gift and refreshing your credit breakdown.
