How do I mark the gift I’m sending as shipped?


While logged in, go to your exchanges page located here:

  1. Click on the ongoing exchange you are managing.
  2. Click on the "Mark Your Gift Shipped" button.
  3. Enter the shipping details (if available) and "Save New Shipment." 

You can enter information for multiple packages.

Please note that any tracking information submitted when you mark your gift shipped is for the benefit of your giftee and is not the same as submitting proof of shipping. Be sure to retain proof of shipping until your giftee confirms receiving their gift, just in case.
