The shipping deadline is approaching but my Santa hasn't marked shipped.

It's definitely nice when a Santa ships early but it's very common for people to ship on or around the deadline. For now, please be patient and allow your Santa the normal shipping time for the exchange. 

If you don't hear anything from your Santa once the deadline has passed, please see the steps found in the rematching portion of the FAQ found here. No gift reporting opens around two weeks after the shipping deadline.
