Why do I have an exchange with "0" credits awarded?


If you are logged in and looking at your credit breakdown and see an exchange with zero credits and a gray icon, it means you have completed part of, but not all of the steps required to receive your buy-in credit(s) back and completion credit. You can see this section for more information on what you need to do to complete and exchange and get your credits back.
